PREAMBLE
This Terms of Use Agreement (the “Agreement), in conjunction with the Contributor Agreement, is intended to regulate and govern the usage of the Story Realm website(s) by all registered users (the “User” or “You”). Story Realm is a website(s) owned and operated by Story Realm Inc based in British Columbia, Canada.
The User will be admitted to secured areas of the website(s) and may access the features of the site(s) on the condition that the User agrees to and accepts these Terms of Use. If you do not agree to these Terms of Use, you will not gain admission to the website(s) nor be allowed to access membership features of any type.
Story Realm retains the right to make revisions, from time to time, to this Agreement without prior notice to the User. You are encouraged to revisit the Terms of Use Agreement on a regular basis and, if changes have been made, your continual use of the website indicates your acceptance of these changes.
SITE CONDUCT
The User must not hinder, in any way, the security of the website(s), abuse the privileges granted, or misuse any system resources, services, or networks connected to or accessible from this website(s). You may only use this website(s) in accordance with this Agreement and the principles of conduct defined within the Contributor Agreement.
INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
All materials and information (defined as the “Content”) utilized by the website is the property of Story Realm and/or its Licensors. The Content, which includes but is not limited to digital source code and files consisting of text, audio, photo, video, animation, and illustration, is protected by copyright and applicable trademark laws, and intellectual property laws as pertaining to domain names, trade names, or copyright.
You, as the User, are permitted to use the Content in accordance with the Terms of Use, and any other use of these materials and information without written permission from Story Realm is strictly prohibited.
You may use and make limited copies of the Content for your own personal, non-commercial, or educational purposes provided that the Content is not modified in any way and that copyright and other intellectual property notices are not deleted. You may not, in any circumstances, create recognizable derivative works from the materials or information or otherwise exploit the Content.

INDEMNIFICATION
The User agrees to indemnify and hold Story Realm harmless from any claims or allegations of liability in association with a breach by You or anyone acting on your behalf of the Terms of this Agreement.
CLAIMS OF INFRINGEMENT
In the event You, the User, believe an infringement of your Copyright or other breach of your intellectual property has occurred, you have the right to inform Story Realm of the same in writing and include:
- A detailed description of the copyrighted work or intellectual property that you believe has been infringed upon and any other information pertinent to your claim
- Your address, telephone number, and email address
- A truthful and accurate legally binding statement by You, made under penalty of perjury, that documents the unauthorized use of your copyright or intellectual property by the alleged individual or party and verifies You as the owner of such works
